ClearScore, the free credit score and financial wellbeing platform, appointed Kingstar as Agency of Record in February 2023 after struggling to see positive results in Canada with their global agency. The goal: increase brand awareness across English Canada while driving app downloads and sign-ups below a target CPA of $85, reaching adults 25-54 across Linear TV, CTV, Digital Video and Display.
The Execution
We created a full-funnel campaign strategy across premium placements to reach ClearScore's target audience at an efficient CPM. Using Nlogic and the Commspoint planning tool we were able to plan total reach and frequency across multiple channels.
The Results
Through optimizations, strategic media placements and in-depth analysis of each channel, we achieved ClearScore's target CPA every month in our first year. Budgets have increased each year, and we have still been able to overachieve against their target CPA.
